Engagement

Project scope, timeline, and pricing are outlined in a written proposal. Work begins after approval and initial deposit (if applicable).

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may pause work.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. Third-party licenses remain owned by their respective licensors.

We treat client information as confidential and use it only to provide services.

Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Support scope and response times are defined in the proposal or a separate SLA.
